| Abstract;The results of survey for 72 female college students at the Food Faculty regarding living and food intake are as follows. (1) Postures of surveyed persons show tendency of slimness: average height; 159.2.+-.5.0cm, body weight; 51.1.+-.6.2kg, BMI; 20.1.+-.2.1. (2) Intensity of daily activity was averagely at 1.50.+-.0.14, which corresponds to (II), a little low activity. Regarding the intensity of daily activity, persons who corresponds to low (I) and a little low (II) accounted for 52.8%, followed by moderate (III) for 38.9% and high (IV) for 8.3%. (3) In persons with low activity, they tended to have low basal metabolic rate calculated from body weight. (4) Energy intake was averagely 1,696.+-.447 kcal, and 64% of persons did not satisfy individual energy requirement. (5) Regarding nutient intake balance among breakfast, lunch and dinner, the balance of PFC ratio in breakfast tended to be undesirable. (6) The form of breakfast tended to be simplified, and 46% persons were eating insufficient meal. (7) Persons with low intensity of daily activity tended to intake little nutrition at breakfast. (8) It is suggested that by raising the intensity of daily activity, nutrient intake at breakfast will go to desirable direction. |
