| Abstract; An appropriate guideline becomes a necessary situation for interception and relaxation surgical treatment policy for intractable epilepsy. Treatment prognosis of interception and relaxation surgical treatment of intractable epilepsy in self experience cases is examined. In the corpus callosum detachment method, clear improvement on the fit was obtained in about half cases on weakness tipping over fit. On a hemisphere detachment method, the radicalness which is equivalent to exeresis can be expected. Even the prognosis of interception and relaxation surgical treatment is bad, there are cases in which improvement can be expected by a ablative operation afterwards. |
