| Abstract;As a 1 step of the decision of guideline for identifying focus in the surgical treatment of intractable epilepsy, in fiscal 2002, application of light topography which is a new test method is examined concentrated. 44 examples of intractable epilepsy are examined in the light topography. In the light topography, it was retarded a little from the appearance of seizure wave, and increase in blood volume was observed mainly in the focus position, and it seemed to be an index to the fit focus. |
