Abstract;Sensitivity and accuracy of magnetoencephalogram (MEG) and subdural recored for a neocortex epilepsy were verified from the operation result in rear view. And, whether a focus excision by only MEG can be accurately and safely enforced is examined. In neocortex epilepsy of 24 cases in which MEG and chronic subdural record could be carried out after April, 2000, both sensitivity and the accuracy of focus localization diagnosis were verified from the result of excision. As a result of the examination, in the neocortex epilepsy, it was confirmed that analysis in the fit intermittent agreed with analysis in the fit.
