Abstract;Treatment of cases belonged to epilepsy except for West syndrome in "2.2 latency factor or syndrome" within the general epilepsy of international classification is examined. In the treatment, to begin with, it is necessary to classify the cases from seizure type and electroencephalogram image. In seizure type, tonic attack is main, and myoclonus fit or untyped absence are main. It seems to be good that a VPA high dose therapy is done first of all, when the point of side effect is considered.
