Abstract;Positioning of nonstandard antipsychotic drugs seems to be important in order to establish treatment algorithm of drug therapy for integration incontinence. Nonstandard antipsychotic drugs were introduced into the algorithm, and treatment was carried out, and the effectiveness was evaluated. Objects are 140 persons of integration incontinence who were hospitalized from the April first, 2001 to the October 30th, 2002 in acute phase ward. As a conclusion, nonstandard antipsychotic drugs were introduced in drug therapy of integration incontinence, and high dose administration of multiple drugs has been improved.
