Abstract;In drug therapy of integration incontinence in Japan, high dose therapy of multiple drugs becomes a problem. In this hospital ( the National sanatorium Hokuriku hospital ) in which 1 year has passed since the introduction of new antipsychotic drugs, actual condition of the drug use was investigated, and was compared and examined with the result in last year. Objects are 94 persons of integration incontinence patients under hospitalization in this hospital. As a result of the examination, high dose therapy of multiple drugs have been continuing, after the new antipsychotic drugs appeared all together.
