Abstract;It was regarded to be significant that disease education of diabetes mellitus and psychology education of integration incontinence were carried out jointly. For the case of integration incontinence of which glucose level was high, a psychology education was carried out to the patients whom a risk of diabetes mellitus seemed to be high. The case was a woman of 33-year-old, and it showed pathopoiesis of integration incontinence in 20-year-old. The glucose level rose in June, 2001, and it became urgent hospitalization. Drug administration guidance and nutrition guidance of oral diabetes remedy were started. In addition, psychology education of integration incontinence was related to. Though time is yet short in order to judge the effect of this psychology education, fasting blood glucose is good.
