| Abstract;In the National Sanatorium Kikuchi Hospital, psychosocial intervention has been carried out to the patients and families of integration incontinence. This time, because a follow-up study after patient discharge 30 months was settled, it was reported by referring to the case episode. The research objects are patients with integration incontinence which entered this hospital from 1998 to 2000 year, and they are 18 examples of obtaining the agreement for psychosocial intervention. Psychology education in person and the family seemed to have a possibility to bring about good effect for prognosis in the medium and long term. |
