Abstract;An investigation by questionnaire type was carried out in order to examine the actual condition of drug therapy for integration incontinence in the Asahi Chuo Hospital nerve psychiatry. Objects were doctors of 11 persons of the department concerned, and questionnaires were carried out. As the result, the standardization ( equalization ) of pharmacotherapy in facilities seems to be necessary. For that, change can not be expected, if reason which everyone can consent is not shown. Therefore, guideline including symptom evaluation, treatment option, effect measurement seems to be useful.
