Abstract;In order to examine the therapy effect of untyped antipsychotic drugs in acute care of integration incontinence, cases of resperidone and olanzapine were accumulated and demonstrative comparison research was carried out. From introduction result of acute phase drug therapy, it was indicated that resperidone and olanzapine had the equivalent therapy effect for positive cases. The cases which caused extrapyramidal tract symptom were abounding in the examples of resperidone administration.
