| Abstract;Actual condition of drug prescription in psychiatry ambulatory treatment was investigated before and after introduction of nonstandard antipsychotic drugs in Japan. According to the prescription put in Natl. Center of Neurology and Psychiatry Musashi hospital psychiatry ambulatory treatment, the dose of representative antipsychotic drugs and antiparkinsonian drugs was investigated. In before and after of introduction of nonstandard antipsychotic drugs, change in which prescription quantity of the antipsychotic drugs differed every drug was shown. Prescription quantity of Butyrophenone system derivatives showed decrease, and prescription quantity of Phenothiazine system derivatives increased. |
