Abstract;This study group carried out great numbers example clinical research of fiscal 2000 research (JESS2000) for national National sanatoriums on September first, 2000, and various clinical data of integration incontinence hospitalized patients were accumulated. This time, actual condition of refractory integration incontinence which reflected treatment actual condition of Japan based on this JESS2000 data is examined. 2405 persons of all hospitalized patients of 16 facilities diagnosed as a integration incontinence ( F20 in ICD-10 ) were made to be an object. Patients who satisfied the mildest standard were 29.9%.
