| Abstract;The orifice valve, used for prevention of clutch's shock load, of conventional automobile equipped with manual transmission, has caused the problem that the clutch connection time becomes longer, when the temperature is low, because of the increase in the viscosity of hydraulic liquid. This time, in order to solve this problem, we have developed a new kind of orifice valve, of low-temperature-compensation type, where a spring made of shape memory alloy was utilized. Here, the development progress, and points of development, of this new orifice valve, and its construction, operating principle, test method/result, etc. are explained. |
