| Abstract;In the conventional product development process, the optimization was attained, only after several repetitions of "evaluation through design, trial manufacture and test". However, by use of 3D CAD, which enables simulation, it becomes possible to attain a high-precision optimization before the trial manufacture, so that the number of necessary trial manufacture is reduced, and a reduction of the cost for trial manufacture becomes possible. And, in recent years, because of the advanced technology for software, etc., we are in the era where such utilization of 3D CAD is a common sense. Here, the progress, in our company, of the reformation of design process by utilization of 3D CAD, is explained. |
