| Abstract;At present, the brake parts, such as control valve (called pneumatic control parts), of passenger/freight trains running in our country, are detached from car and then cleand, once per 3-4 years. Until now, this cleaning work, which has been carried out manually by use of gasoline, has brought about a bad work environment, and required much labor. Our company has developed, together with Hokkaido Railway Co., an equipment which automatically carries out the work, from cleaning to drying, of pneumatic control parts, and delivered it to Naebo factory. Here, various features of this equipment are explained. Its specification is also shown. |
