| Abstract;The reactivation of the Japanese economy through the uptake of overseas dynamism.The outline of 2003 edition trade white paper which Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry announced was explained.This trade white paper arranged main trends of world economy, activity condition of Japanese enterprise in East Asia, challenges for the reactivation of Japanese economy, problems of external economic policy and its correspondence. Especially, the direction of further external economic policy mainly on the expanding situation of the economy cooperation with the East Asia region and the cooperation strengthening of the same region were described. |
