| Abstract;This paper reviews circumstances on the deployment plan to the USA of a venture company for developing a mobile Java middle software product 'Bluegrid'. Also, taking a general survey of ten series publications, the author comments the position of Japanese software industries, emphasizing progress of horizontal specialization in software industry that has followed information system architecture. The author insists on the necessity of impartial evaluation of potential capacities owned by Japanese software industries. |
