| Abstract;The World Summit on the Information SocietyThe World Summit on the Information Society finished with the unanimous endorsement of the Declaration of the Principle and the Action Plan by the world's political leaders of more than 50 states. It was assured that information/communication technologies spur health, education and employment by telemedicine, e-learning etc. It is one of the most significant results that partnership for development of information/communication society has penetrated everywhere. But now hard works begin. 8 items to promote information society including cooperation of businesses and international organizations, construction of infrastructure, education etc. are introduced. |
