| Abstract;VS05E-AXC Series Robot is equipped with a new controller, AXC that allows the automatic movements such as loading, burr removal and assembly. Compared with the existing robot, the speed has been increased by 30% and the range of movement has been expanded by 65% with greater load capacity of the wrist. In addition to these functions, the robot operation, extendability and maintenance capability have been greatly improved. It features user-friendly operation with the Graphical User Interface (GUI) and electronic operation manual. Extendibility includes the open architecture and the increased number of control axes to the maximum of nine. Periodic Overhaul Scheduling Function and Robot Diagnostic Tool are installed to facilitate the maintenance work. (author abst.) |
