| Abstract;New information is running around the world, and scientific progress is updating day by day. Also in the cosmetic fields, various scientific research and development are ongoing to obtain original evidences of efficient ingredients, to propose a new concept for skin care, and finally to better the quality of cosmetics. For the purpose, however, without strategic collaboration it may be difficult to obtain timely the satisfactory achievement under the limited conditions of manpower, time, and investment. In this paper, I present our examples of collaboration in the fields of cosmetics science and development with university and government institutions. (author abst.) |
