| Abstract;Retinoic acid (RA) is known as anti-aging agent. It removes wrinkles and rejuvenates the skin. But, because RA has toxicity and instability, it is very hard to use RA in cosmetics. We made d-.DELTA.-tocopheryl retinoate, which is esterised retinoic acid and d-.DELTA.-tocopherol, diluted by tri (capryl/caprylic acid) glyceride in 10% (NIKKOL Tocoretinate-10). d-.DELTA.-tocopheryl retinoate has effects on increasing collagen and hyaluronan, inhibiting MMPs, catching of reactive oxigen species (ROS) and improving wrinkles.
