| Abstract;We have developed Ultra Precision Groove Cutting Machine, "Nano Groover AMG92P" that supports the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) of 36 inches or smaller. The groove cutting machine for the Light guide plate that is the typical optical device for the backlight LCD requires the efficient cutting of microscopic grooves with stable precision. Our exclusive hydrostatic technology typical of hydrostatic pressure screw is used in AMP92P. The ultra precision groove cutting machine performs the high-precision and high-efficient cutting of microscopic grooves. "Nano Groover" means the machine that cut microscopic grooves and is named after Nanometer (1/1000 of 1.MU.m) and groove. (author abst.) |
