| Abstract;Jet Finisher features the high-speed, fluidized grinding technology and is introduced for the first time for the application of finishing the microscopic holes of ferrules used for connectors of optical fiber communications. With Jet Finisher, the finishing time and cost are substantially reduced from the existing levels. The machine satisfies high precision and high productivity required in the production of parts with microscopic holes. It is possible to be applied for manufacturing of other parts such as IT parts and automobile parts. Thus, the demand for this product is expected to grow. (author abst.) |
