Abstract;Based on DSRC system on 5.8GHz-band, we deployed six independent communication areas within an actual gasoline station, and demonstrated a field trial of multi-application service. By extending ARIB STD-T75 standard to utilize multiple antennas, communication areas with appropriate size suitable for each individual service were efficiently deployed with less interference and fewer frequency channels. By developed protocols where roadside has initiative, a predetermined service was automatically initiated at each communication area for an integrated onboard terminal. (author abst.)
