Abstract; There are no precise definitions of reachability in communications so far. You might define reachability as a communication signal that physically reaches the corresponding device. However, this definition is not accurate in terms of personal communications since the content sent from the sender may not have reached the receiver. In this paper, we will propose a new form of communication reachability (CR) that represents the possibility of a message/subject being communicated to its full extent via auditory and visual aspects, and discuss the validity of it using EAPEC (Environment-Adaptive Personal Communications).
