Abstract;It may have to clarify, when you consider development of the cosmetics to wear. It is clarifying whether it being development of apparel and whether it being development of cosmetics. It is the apparel which we are developing. However, it has a merit different from old clothing. The merit is that cost performance like cosmetics is expectable. It premises functioning completely as apparel first. And it is saying that the cost performance of improving the skin is also expectable. The apparel which can also expect such a merit is developed.
