Abstract;ITU-T SG12, which is a study group involved in "End-to-end transmission performance of networks and terminals", has 16 subjects in this term (2001-2004). The meeting shown in the title which is reported here is the 5th and 9 recommendations were consented 2 documents agreed. A list of the recommendations and agreements is given, and the points of discussions at General Meeting and at meetings of WP1 (Telephonometry and terminals), WP2 (Performance, planning and assessment) and WP3 (QoS over IP) are described.
