Abstract;ICT Policies of Asian Countries are discussed. In Korea and Singapore, developed IT countries, the government has strong leading power and the nation shares awareness of problems. Explaining the situations of infrastructure in developing countries such as Viet Nam, Thailand, Myanmar etc., particularly what Japan's co-operation with developing countries should be is discussed. In developing countries, very big difference between rural and urban area, especially seen about coverage of telephone, is one of difficult problems.
