| Abstract;Recent developments in high performance electronic equipment have increased the heat generation of inner precision components including IC,s. A solution to this problem is important. In order to contribute to the solution of this problem, Kobe Steel developed a new steel sheet, KOBEHONETSU, which can release 7 times more heat than the conventional electro-galvanized steels. Using this steel, the inside temperature of a closed cabinet of electronic equipment was reduced by about 10%. (author abst.) |
