Abstract;We recognize bi-level image as gray-level images as a whole. We have investigated and presented a visual model for human visual information processing, which is executed through external world, retina, and finally brain. We proposed the evaluation method of various modulated images using it. The measure of approximation presented the objective evaluation scale to coincide with the subjective evaluation on image center in view-point and image whole in view-field. However, it doesn't become clear to seek the objective evaluation method concerned with the subjective evaluation of synthetic evaluation on each view-point and view-field. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the relation of measure of approximation on each view-point and view-field using visual model. It became clear that the average of measure of approximation on each view-point and view-field was about equal measure of approximation on image center in view-point and image whole in view-field. As a result, it became clear that the measure of approximation on image center in view-point and image whole in view-field was the objective evaluation scale concerned with the subjection evaluation of synthetic evaluation on each view-point and view-field.
