Abstract;Small mites taken from the nostrils of a Labrador Retriever (7 years old, 28kg boby weight, indoor-housed) were observed. They were ovoid in shape with an average length of 695 (628-808).MU.m and had average width of 464 (439-533).MU.m and had 10 pairs of doral setae. The site of the parasites and morphological findings indicated that they were Pneumonyssoides caninum larvae. (author abst.)
