Abstract;The measuring method for vehicle-speed by detecting the rotation of the wheel as analog / digital value, there are problem in accurately measured in slip and rock on tire.By this study, Doppler frequency by the K-Band microwave was detected, and the system which measured the relative speed of vehicles for the ground directly was developed.Measurement result was shown that speed of vehicle body was measurable in high-precisely, and it showed practicability.The change of the parameter by the car is unnecessary, because to obtain the ground speed of the direct automobile in the detection of speed of car by this system is possible, and it can also apply it to speed detection of the drive system of the wheel by the except for rotation.
