| Abstract;The exposure of the ultraviolet radiation (UV) leads to various injuries in cutaneous tissue. The structure of the corneocytes was damaged by ultraviolet radiation. The cumulative irradiation of suberythema dose UVB caused to increasing the PCNA positive cells on basal layer similar to the erythema dose. Furthermore, the damage on the barrier function of the horny layer was enlarged by pre-irradiation of the suberythema dose UVB. The application of a sunscreen with SPF 3 suppresed the increase of the proliferation of basal cells that was increased by irradiation suberythema dose UVB. The usefulness of the low SPF products was indicated for cumulative exposure of suberythema dose UVB. (author abst.) |
