| Abstract;The contents of the items shown in the title are explained in two parts by issues of this journal of this month and April in detail, based on budget adopted by cabinet meeting. The important items are 1) realization of ubiquitous network society, 2) promotion of digitalization of broadcasting, 3) promotion of contents distribution, 4) overall promotion of security strategy, 5) construction of wireless broadband environment, 6) intensification of international activities, 7) promotion of e-government and e-municipality, and 8) other important items (R/D, basis of space communications and positioning, network environment, IT ventures, training of talent, promotion of barrier-free information environment, support of consumers etc.). Main policy for each item is shown with budget. |
