| Abstract;The meeting in the title is the 5th one of those held during this session (2001 - 2004), and was had in Geneva for 10 days from October 27, 2003. The number of the participants was 27 from19 countries. SG4 is responsible for studies relating to management and operation procedures, test and measurement techniques, etc. of TMN (Telecommunication Management Network). This time, reorganization of the working parties (WPs) and review of the study items were done. As a result, WP1 is to discuss 4 items about "designations, performance, and test equipment", WP2 3 items about "common telecommunication management capabilities" and WP3 3 items about "telecommunications management information models and protocols". This WP3 has absorbed the former WP3 and WP4. Points of discussions and the transaction of discussion results at each WP are described with discussion schedules hereafter. |
