Abstract;The examination in the title can be simply performed at any place or time, and plays an important role in elucidating the cause of the patient's condition. After the points of attension in image diagnosis in emergency care is briefly described, the following items are outlined. 1) Thoracic simple photograph (indication, photographing posture, features and pit holes of portable thoracic photographing, main points in the interpretation), 2) abdominal simple photograph (routine photographing, front view at dorsal decubitus, front view at standing-up, front view at lateral decubitus, main points in the interpretation).
