Abstract;Regarding the examination in the title in emergency care, the significance, ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, examination of liquid storage (cardiac vesicle, liver circumference, right pleural cavity, navel circumference, left pleural cavity, pelvic cavity, paracolonic groove), and usual examination for abdominal organs (liver, biliary tract, right kidney, left kidney, spleen, pancreas, great vessel, pelvic cavity, digestive tract) are outlined. Also, advices on liquid storage, free gas and organ lesion are outlined. Moreover, the diagrams are presented for pericardial effusion in longitudinal scan, hemorrhage and ascites in pelvic cavity, ascites of left paracolonic groove in transverse scan, small bleeding and large bleeding of Morison in intercostal scan, right pleural fluid, ascites around spleen, scanning mode of liquid storage, scanning mode in usual examination, and scanning mode of digestive tract.
