Abstract;Magnetic field detection property of the biomagnetism measurement using the second order gradient three-dimensional gradiometer which connected with the SQUID fluxmeter was shown, and the application to the magnetoencephalo field measurement was introduced. For the magnetic field distribution in which the estimation was difficult only from perpendicular magnetic field component, the signal source estimation became possible by using three-dimensional magnetic field distribution. The three-dimensional measuring result example of the magnetoencephalogram was shown.
