Abstract; The new system for the liquid-level measurement with the new structure was presented. The practical detecting scheme for monitoring the level in the container was described. A new structure sensor with three electrodes was developed. When the liquid container becomes inclined from vertical condition during the measurement process, the liquid-level in the liquid container can be determined accurately by detecting capacity fluctuation between each 2 electrodes. Here, a multidimensional regression equation based on test data was applied. As this study result, it was proved the design sensor is usable in order to measure liquid-level in the container regardless of the inclination.
