| Abstract;The hydraulic equipment is installed in machine tools and press machines. The export rate of these machines is high since the Japanese makers have become more competitive in the international market. Responding to the global application of machine tools, we have developed the solenoid valve that satisfies the three international safety standards, CE, UL and CSA for the first time in Japan. Likewise, as a pioneer of hydraulic solenoid valves, we have further refined our core technologies such as the know-how on the processes, reduction of hydrodynamic force, and the design of solenoid coils that are the results of the thirty-year experience in development and manufacturing. We are able to achieve the substantial energy saving in solenoid coils and improve on user-friendliness by simplifying the wiring and maintenance procedures. (author abst.) |
