| Abstract;The way of the collagen disease treatment was outlined. The reason why the dermatologist released the collagen disease was examined. The composition of ambulatory practice for the collagen disease in this service was described. The reason for making Sjoegren syndrome ambulatory treatment was explained. Initial diagnosis patient number and periodic outpatient number of the collagen disease were displayed, and it was shown that the scleroderma patient was abounding. As the result which collagen disease medical specialist asked, the each was explained using vigor, physical fitness, and intelligence. The fact was emphasized, "the patient raises the doctor". Two patients were introduced in detail. One person was SLE, and one person was a patient with scleroderma. The advance of the medicine during these 25 years was steady, and especially the establishment of the concept of the anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, the ground that was new for the SLE treatment was opened. And, the discomfort for the way of call of "Mr. patient" that it was observed recently was manifested. |
