| Abstract; The case was an 83-year-old man, and chief complaints were deep red infiltration phase with the ulcer of right lower quadrant and deep red infiltration erythema which occurs in the whole-body frequently and node. Pathohistologically, tumor cell permeated from dermis upper layer to the lower layer. Almost all tumor cells were CD30 positive, CD4 and LCA positive, and CD3, CD8, CD15, CD20 and EMA negative. Whole-body retrieval of whole-body CT, Ga scintigram, etc. were enforced, and there was no lesion except for the skin. In the retrieval using the Southern blotting, a T cell receptor J.GAMMA. gene rearrangement was confirmed. It was diagnosed from them as primary cutaneous type, multifocal anaplastic large cell lymphoma. CHOP therapy and VP-16 therapy were enforced, but he was complicated and was died by the pneumonia after 11 months of the initial diagnosis. |
