Abstract;The case is a 61-year-old man, who has noticed the tumor of back since 6 years ago and of the cervical region since 10 years ago. It increased in the whole-body since half year ago. Keratosis seborrheica and senile pigment freckle on thorax and back, and soft fibroma on cervical region occurred frequently. In the blood examination, the anti-HTLV-1 antibody was positive, and there was the ATL cell. The lymphocyte number was under 4000, and there was no hypercalcemia, and LDH was normally supreme 1.5 times or less. The malignant tumor was not found in skins, lungs, digestive tract, etc., as long as it was searched. It was diagnosed as smoldering type of adult T cell leukemia, which was accompanied by the Leser-Trelat syndrome. A high frequency electric knife removed the tumor. The leukemia is carrying out the treatment by pentostatin.
