| Abstract;The case was a woman of 75-year-old, and under the diagnosis of skin type adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), and internal use of etretinate and prednisolone and INF-.GAMMA. intramuscular administration were carried out. In addition to those, the following were done as a topical treatment: external use PUVA therapy, IFN-.GAMMA. local injection and electron beam irradiation. Choosing properly these together in the pathology controlled it. The skin eruption was rapidly exacerbated after treatment start 6 years, and simultaneously, the pain appeared in right elbow and both knees. In bone simple photograph and computed tomography, the bone-melting image was recognized in everywhere. Since the invasion of the atypical lymphocyte was recognized in the biopsy of the left tibia, it was regarded as bone melting by the invasion of ATLL. Spur was formed by X-ray irradiation, and the subjective symptom was also relieved. However, the node lesion occurred mainly on the leg frequently, and she passed away by DIC after 3 months from the end of the radiotherapy treatment. |
