| Abstract; The rose-pink nodes without the subjective symptom appeared in right lower eyelid part, right buccal region, and left lower jaw part of an 85-year-old woman. The node in the left lower jaw part disappeared naturally, but right lower eyelid part and right buccal region nodes rapidly expanded. In the pathohistological view, the cell was meager for the cellular infiltrate from dermis lower layer over the hypodermic, and the CD20 positive heterocyst with large nucleus proliferated. In the genetic analysis by Southern blotting, there was the reconstitution at Ig (L) CL, Ig (L) JK, and Ig (H) JH. It was diagnosed as B cell lymphoma of the skin origin without recognizing the invasion in another organ in the whole-body retrieval. The tumor was once reduced by etoposide internal use of the low dose, but it increased again. She passed away by the coincidence of combined acute aggravation of renal insufficiency and pneumonia. |
