| Abstract; The case was a man of 71-year-old, and nodules appeared in the bilateral post auricular regions, and they were gradually increasing. Both sides lesion pathohistologically formed the grenz zone in the dermis, and large atypical lymphocyte permeated in a precision. The tumor cell manifested immunohistochemically the B cell antigen. In the analysis using the tumor tissue by Southern blotting, the gene reconstitution was recognized in immunoglobulin H chain JH and L chain .KAPPA.. There was no view of the adenopathy and of the invasion to another organ in the CT retrieval of the whole-body. There was no abnormal integration image even in the Ga scintigraphy. Thus it was diagnosed as cutaneous B-cell lymphoma (CBCL). The margin of the electron beam irradiation after tumor excision was examined. The CBCL 138 cases in Japan were arranged. |
