| Abstract; There was the tabular induration of the darkness purple deep red from the left lower leg over the knee of a 64-year-old man, and it was gradually expanding. The biopsy tissue showed the diffusive invasion of large heteromorphic lymphocyte in the histopathology view. The tumor cell was immunohistochemically positive to CD20 and CD79a. It was diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The whole-body was probed, and there was no lesion except for the skin, and it was regarded as a skin originated. It remits completely in respect of the CHOP therapy 6 cycles. Due to the classification of the skin-originated lymphoma by European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, it was regarded as primary cutaneous large B-cell lymphoma of the leg. However, the independency as a disease unit of this disease is not established yet, and the storage of the cases was regarded to be necessary. |
