Abstract;Metastatic cutaneous cancer was defined. The meaning, which handled metastatic cutaneous cancer in dermatology, was examined. The period until the patient dies, after the metastasis is found on the skin, is supposed to be from 3 months to 11.3 months. The meaning of the positive treatment was considered. It was described what kind of viscous cancer was easy to cause the cutaneous metastasis, and it was made to be the order of breast cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, and pancreatic carcinoma in the metastasis index of the skin. It explained the type of the cutaneous metastasis by dividing into connected infiltration from the primary cancer, lymphogene, and hematogenous. Distinguishing into node type, inflammation type, and hardening type explained the clinical observation. The striking metastatic site was described. Features of histopathology view and immunohistologic view of metastatic cutaneous cancer were summarized and explained. Features of main viscus cancer which caused the metastasis in the skin enumerated in the following were explained in detail: breast cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and gallbladder cancer, uterine cancer, large bowel cancer, renal cancer, prostatic cancer, pancreatic carcinoma, and others.
