Staff members of 81 persons doing the night duty were made to be an object. It was 64.4% on that there was the dermatitis at least in back of the hand, and 27.4% was the dermatitis defining as back of the hand, when they thrust the hand between patient and bed sheet for exchanging the posture. It was 62.5% on that there was the dermatitis at least in back of the hand, and 25.0% was the dermatitis defining as back of the hand, when they did not thrust the hand between patient and bed sheet.
